User Agreement
Welcome to Exaggy, a lightweight meme creation tool for young users. By downloading, installing, or using the Exaggy mobile application on your iOS device, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App. We explicitly state that we DO NOT collect, store, process, or analyze any facial information, facial features, biometric data, or facial patterns from any materials (including photos, images, or captured content) you use in the App. All image processing related to meme creation is performed locally on your device, and no facial data of any kind is transmitted, stored, or accessed by us or any third party. Additionally, the AI services used in the App, including those for generating exaggerated special effects and optimizing meme creation, are independently developed by the Exaggy team. We do not use any third-party AI services, tools, or plugins in the App, ensuring full control over data processing and user privacy.
You must be at least 13 years of age to use the App. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you are 13 years of age or older. If you are under the age of 18, you must obtain the consent of your parent or legal guardian before using the App.
Exaggy is available for use without the need for account registration, login, or the provision of any personal information. You can access all core features of the App immediately upon installation, and there is no requirement to create an account or provide personally identifiable information (e.g., name, email, phone number). This account-free design, combined with ourself-developed AI services and no third-party involvement, further ensures that your personal data and usage activity remain private and secure.
To use certain features of the App, you may need to grant specific permissions to your iOS device, as follows:
You can revoke these permissions at any time through your device’s settings. Revoking permissions will not affect any previously created memes stored locally on your device, as all data remains under your sole control.
All images, photos, and memes you create using the App (“User Content”) are your sole property. We do not claim any ownership rights to your User Content. As all processing—including AI-powered effect application, which is driven by ourself-developed AI services—is done locally on your device, we do not store or access your User Content unless you explicitly choose to share or save it (as described in the Privacy Policy). No User Content, including any images with facial content, is transmitted to our servers or shared with any third party.
The App, including but not limited to its design, features, algorithms, software, text, graphics, logos, all original content provided within the App (e.g., meme effects, stickers), and theself-developed AI services used for effect generation and image processing, is the exclusive intellectual property of Exaggy or its licensors. You may not modify, reproduce, distribute, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works of the App, its original content, or ourself-developed AI services without our prior written permission.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App and itsself-developed AI services for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You agree not to use the App or our AI services for any illegal or unauthorized purposes, including but not limited to attempting to extract, reverse-engineer, or misuse the AI algorithms.

THE APP AND ITS SELF-DEVELOPED AI SERVICES ARE PROVIDED ON AN “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” BASIS, WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE MAKE NO WARRANTY THAT THE APP OR ITS AI SERVICES WILL BE ERROR-FREE, UNINTERRUPTED, OR FREE FROM VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP, ITS AI SERVICES, OR ANY FEATURES WILL MEET YOUR REQUIREMENTS OR THAT ITS OPERATION WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE AI-GENERATED EFFECTS WILL MEET YOUR SPECIFIC EXPECTATIONS, AS THEY ARE PROVIDED FOR FUN AND CREATIVE PURPOSES.
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, EXAGGY SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP, ITS SELF-DEVELOPED AI SERVICES, OR YOUR USER CONTENT. OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS, THE APP, OR ITS AI SERVICES SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US (IF ANY) FOR USE OF THE APP DURING THE SIX (6) MONTH PERIOD PRIOR TO THE CLAIM.
If you purchase a premium subscription to access additional features of the App (including additional AI-powered effects developed by the Exaggy team), your subscription will be governed by the terms of the Exaggy Subscription Agreement, which is a separate document and incorporated into these Terms by reference. All premium features and AI services included in the subscription areself-developed by the Exaggy team, with no third-party involvement.
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the App and itsself-developed AI services at any time, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including but not limited to your breach of these Terms, misuse of the App or AI services, or violation of applicable laws. Upon termination, your right to use the App and its AI services will immediately cease. Termination will not affect your ownership of User Content stored locally on your device.
We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in the App, itsself-developed AI services, or applicable laws. When we do, we will revise the “Last Updated” date at the top of this document. Your continued use of the App or its AI services after any changes to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
